ANITA NNEKA JONES

Anita Nneka Jones is a dynamic sports events host and reporter who passionately covers football, basketball, and tennis. Based in London, Anita is fluent in both English and Spanish and can often be seen interviewing international sports personalities and engaging television and social media audiences in both languages. Her illustrious career in journalism includes covering high-profile football events, such as the UEFA Champions League and Europa League finals, as well as conducting interviews with players and managers across the Barclays Premier League. During the FIFA Men’s World Cup in Qatar, Anita collaborated with the Mexican national team and the world champions Argentina, including behind-the-scenes content with Lionel Messi. This summer, she will travel to Australia and New Zealand with Panama to report on the FIFA Women’s World Cup. Recently, Anita hosted the Future Forward Weekend for Jumpman23 and Nike, celebrating black culture and sports, as well as the NBA 2K launch. Beyond her journalistic duties, Anita is a strong, approachable, and inspiring role model for young black women, as well as an ambassador and activist for endometriosis, a condition she personally battles.
