Senior Vice President, Sports Programming and Content Showtime Networks Inc.

Since 2014, Brian Dailey has been the driving force behind Showtime Sports’ emergence as a leader in cross-platform content creation and distribution. In 2021, Dailey was promoted to Senior Vice President, Sports Programming and Content, Showtime Networks Inc.

Dailey has spearheaded the development of initiatives, documentaries, and franchises for Showtime. Original programming series currently includes “All the Smoke” with Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson, “Morning Kombat” with Luke Thomas and Brian Campbell, “Kevin Garnett Certified”, and most recently “Headliners” with Rachel Nichols.

In addition to original series, Dailey has developed and executive produced projects including unscripted sports films and series. Dailey’s credits include “Kevin Garnett: Anything is Possible”, “Quiet Storm: The Ron Artest Story”, “Legacy: Bob Hurley”, “Bipolar Rock ‘n’ Roller” and “The Resurgence: DeMarcus Cousins”.

Through unique collaborations with Roots of Fight, DraftKings, The Killers, Imagine Dragons, BossLogic and the world’s leading social media platforms, Dailey has set the industry standard for digital boxing promotion and fan engagement with award-winning campaigns surrounding Showtime Sports’ biggest events.

Before joining Showtime Networks, Dailey served as Director of Partnerships and Business Development at ESPN, where he oversaw some of the company’s largest partnerships. Dailey was instrumental in developing innovative broadcast integrations and advancing technology partnerships across the ESPN conglomerate with key partners including EA Sports. Dailey started his career as Associate Manager of Marketing and Events at ESPN The Magazine and ESPN.com in 2002. He made a few lateral moves before moving up the ranks to Senior Manager of Digital Properties and subsequently to Director.
