Damjan Rudež is a former professional basketball player from Zagreb, Croatia. During his sixteen years long career, Rudež played for a total of thirteen teams from seven different countries – including Indiana Pacers, Minnesota Timberwolves, and Orlando Magic in the NBA. In the course of his professional journey he formed part of the Croatian national team, representing the country in 2008. Olympic Games in Beijing, 2015. World Cup in Spain, as well as three European Championships and Mediterranean games.
Currently, he is an active student attending SDA Bocconi business school in Milano, and the University of Kinesiology in Zagreb.
After the end of his sports career, in 2021 he moved into business, opening his sports consulting company DR9 International Sports&Media, and he is also the program director of the Sunset Sports Media Festival.
